7poker Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the 7poker website and its associated mobile applications. They constitute a legally binding agreement between 7poker and each registered member.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on 7poker, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using 7poker.

These terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of any changes by SMS or email.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• 7poker is operated for entertainment purposes only — it should not be considered a guaranteed source of income.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 7poker, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old — a national ID may be required for age verification.
• Each person may hold only one account — duplicate accounts sharing the same name, address, mobile number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful — providing false details will result in account termination.
• OTP verification via your registered mobile number or email is mandatory.

KYC Verification

The following documents may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time upon request by 7poker:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent photo of your face (selfie)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (where applicable)

3Deposit & Payment Methods

7poker supports all major mobile banking and payment methods in Bangladesh. The following deposit limits apply:

No additional fees are charged for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which 7poker is not responsible for. If a deposit fails, the funds are generally returned within 24 hours.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in the name of the 7poker account holder — third-party payments are not permitted.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, 7poker may place a hold on the deposit until verification is complete.

4Withdrawal Policy & Process

7poker is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. As of 2026, 98.7% of withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes on average.

General Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawing real money while a bonus is active will result in the cancellation of both the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (applicable to all methods).
• Daily withdrawal limits vary according to your VIP tier.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of the request. Large amounts (over ৳1,00,000) or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification.

If a withdrawal fails, the funds are typically returned to your wallet within 1–3 business days. If you experience any issues, please contact support.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

7poker regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own detailed terms that must be read before claiming. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

Wagering Requirement

Every bonus has a Wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings from it can be withdrawn. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus with 10x Wagering means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

• Slot games generally count at 100% towards Wagering requirements.
• Live table games (Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute at a rate of 10–20%.
• Sports Betting generally counts at 100%, but please refer to the specific terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.

Bonus Validity

Most bonuses are valid for 30 days from the deposit date. If Wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. An SMS reminder is sent 48 hours before expiry.

Bonus Abuse

7poker treats abuse of the bonus system as a serious violation. The following will be considered abuse:

• Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts.
• Using algorithms or bots to complete Wagering requirements.
• Attempting to complete Wagering requirements using low-risk betting strategies.

If abuse is confirmed, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All game outcomes on 7poker are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent third party. Return to Player (RTP) information for each game is available in the game info section.

Technical Error

If a technical issue, server outage, or software bug causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 7poker reserves the right to void or correct that round. In such cases, the original amount wagered will be refunded.

Disconnection

7poker is not liable for any disconnection during gameplay. However, if you lose connection during a live game, you can generally resume play as long as the connection is restored within 2 minutes.

• In Sports Betting, the odds at the time your bet is confirmed apply — even if the odds change after the bet is placed.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.
• If you are unclear about any game rules, ask Support before you play — questions raised after the fact are much harder to resolve.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 7poker. If detected, your account may be suspended and any winnings forfeited:

• Stolen Payment Methods: Using another person's mBanking number or payment details.
• Hacking & Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate the platform's systems or game outcomes.
• Use of bots: Using automated software to play games or complete Wagering.
• Selling or Renting Your Account: Allowing others to use your account or selling your account.
• Collusion: Attempting to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other card games by colluding with multiple players.

7poker uses an advanced fraud detection system. If suspicious activity is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended pending the completion of an investigation.

8Account Closure & Suspension

7poker may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If registration is completed using false information.
• If KYC verification fails or the required documents cannot be provided.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• When a member activates Self-Exclusion.

Self-Initiated Account Closure

You can close your account at any time. Enable Self-Exclusion via Settings or contact Support to request it. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal process, though any active bonuses will be cancelled.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

7poker believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly, and the following tools are always available to help:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session limit: Set a limit on how many consecutive hours you want to play.
